TCI Policies

Technical Career Institutes (“TCI”) strongly believes that all individuals have the right to work and learn in an environment free from violence, drugs and harassment. To foster such an environment, TCI has established the following policies.

Each of these Policies and Procedures is enclosed. Please read and become familiar with these Policies. The general security and protection of students, faculty and staff is a responsibility taken quite seriously by TCI. Any individual who violates these Policies is subject to disciplinary action.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

This Policy is accessible to students, employees and third parties with disabilities.  The College will make arrangements to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided appropriate accommodations as needed to participate in the steps and procedures outlined in this Policy.  Requests for accommodations by students must be made to TCI College’s ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Coordinators.  All other members of the campus community should contact the Human Resource Office.  The ADA Coordinators or the Human Resource Office as applicable will review the supporting disability-related documentation, make a decision about the request, notify the individual about approved accommodations and make arrangements for the accommodations.  Accommodations may include, but are not limited to, providing interpreters for the deaf, providing recordings of materials for the blind, and assuring a barrier-free location for any proceedings.
