Technicians are always needed to install, maintain, and monitor electronic security systems specially in NYC. There are many buildings and institutions such banks, retail stores, manufacturing, and homes that need to be provided with real time security systems. Security and life safety are fundamental fabrics of our society that can be provided by taking advantage of the most advanced technological breakthroughs such as IP based cameras and biometrics.

After graduation from the ESS program, you will be able to:

• Analyze the security needs and select adequate security systems
• Install, prepare and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial security systems
• Identify the type of subsystems that make up an integrated security systems, systems that include fire alarms and burglar alarms.
