Dare to Dream

In 1994 the Dare to Dream (DTD) Project was founded by TCI Humanities Instructor Robert G. Lubell.  Based on Student volunteerism, the program benefits charitable organizations which assist the needy, elderly and terminally ill.  It also elevates the self-esteem and learning skills of the TCI students who participate.

Some of the beneficiaries of DTD have been:
