Brooklyn Site
TCI is proud to announce the opening of a new site conveniently located in the heart of Brooklyn at Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Center, 1360 Fulton Street (3rdFloor). This recently renovated site currently offers general first semester courses for students coming from the Brooklyn and Queens thereby adding a level of convenience for first semester students. Students currently attend the Main Campus for all program-specific courses.
The sites amenities include
- Small class sizes for more focused learning
- On site learning center with a math and English tutor
- Reading room with computer and internet access
- Wireless internet in all classes

The facility is shared with the College of New Rochelle, Empire State College, New York Christian School and the Youth Arts Academy. The facility is managed by Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation, the nation's first community development corporation, which partners with residents and business to improve the quality of life of Central Brooklyn.
